Volunteer Opportunities

The ReStore has a wide variety of ways that you can volunteer, find a way that works for you!

Family Friendly

Busy Families need a way to work together.  These opportunities are something you can do together as a family.

My Time

Busy schedules don't always allow for volunteering on a consistent schedule.  These opportunities operate on a flexible time schedule so you can support the ReStore on your own time.

Bite Size

Volunteer opportunities don't have to take up an entire day!  We have options that can be done in two hours or less.

Recurring

These jobs are a minimum of 4 hours a week or every other week.  We ask for a 3 month commitment.

For more information about available opportunites, contact our Volunteer Coordinator at vista1@rahh.org

How does a Habitat ReStore work?

It’s simple.  The next time you’re putting in new cabinets, replacing a window or door, or completing any other kind of home improvement project, you bring your usable, old items to the ReStore, instead of throwing them away.  Shoppers can then purchase these items for use in their own homes at a fraction of the retail costs.  Proceeds from the ReStore help to build Habitat for Humanity homes in our area.  Having a donated inventory enables profits to be earned quickly for the construction of more homes.  See below for a list of items accepted.

How can I help the ReStore?

The Habitat ReStore will be a valuable, sustainable asset for our forward-thinking community for many years.  But, we need your help to make this dream a reality.
